HOW MUCH DOES A TATTOO COST?

In order to make a fair price for a tattoo, extensive information is required;

Large tattoos, such as sleeves, where the time required is difficult to estimate, are usually billed at an hourly rate. This depends on the motifs, their details and the effort involved. In the case of smaller tattoos, on the other hand, prices are awarded according to the motif.

When all factors such as size, time, color, body part and type of tattoo are clear, a from-to price can be set. If you only have a certain budget available, you can check in advance whether the motif is feasible for this price.

DOES A TATTOO PAIN?

You can generally answer that with “Yes”. How much, however, depends mainly on the individual sensitivity of the person, the shape of the day and the part of the body to be tattooed. There are places such as the outside of the upper arms that are less painful, but there are also other areas such as B. inner arm or the costal arches etc. which are more sensitive.

CAN YOU STUN THE SITE TO BE TATTOOED BEFORE?

Yes, it is basically possible. There are lidocaine ointments with 5% active ingredient in the pharmacy that you have to get yourself and please only use after consultation.

Please also note that such ointments usually have to be applied at least 2 hours before the procedure in order to achieve the desired effect, which in turn can also change the skin's appearance.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Appointments are made after contacting us by email and against a deposit. In order to counteract the fact that customers simply do not show up without a cancellation, a deposit is made as a deposit when making an appointment. In the event of unexcused absence, this will expire and remain with the tattoo artist as compensation. An unexcused absence comes into force if the customer does not cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment.

In the event of an early and timely appointment cancellation / postponement, the deposit will be offset against the total price of the tattoo later, as usual.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?

You must have reached the age of 18 and thus be of legal age according to German law.

ARE THE TATTOO COLORS USED SAFE?

Of course, Nas-T only uses inks that meet the standards of the tattooing agent regulation that has been in force in Germany since 2008.
This stipulates that dyes that are not unequivocally harmless may not be used.
In addition, all colors used are VEGAN.

CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

No. In principle, people who have numbed themselves with alcohol, drugs or other poisons shortly before their appointment are not tattooed.

CAN YOU TATTOO SCARS? Basically, it is possible to tattoo scars & cover them up with a tattoo or to distract from them. Be it for aesthetic reasons or to regain quality of life, one thing is clear: the scar must heal 100 percent and no longer be red. In addition, each scar tissue has healed differently, so no two scars are the same. You should visit your dermatologist, who can explain in detail whether and how you can tattoo over your scar and help you with the preparation. In the case of severe burn scars, this should be decided on a case-by-case basis, because in some really extreme cases a tattoo is no longer possible (e.g. if the scar tissue would only "hold" the color pigments to a limited extent or not at all).

HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR MY TATTOO?

Your new tattoo should be properly cared for to keep it in all its glory.

If you have a tattoo shower plaster, it can be dissolved under warm water after 4-5 days. Now, just like with cling film (which is removed after 4-6 hours), your tattoo is cleaned with a perfume-free and pH-neutral soap, but never with a washcloth. Also, do not let the jet of water run directly onto the wound. Then dab the tattoo dry with a kitchen roll or a fresh towel and lightly cream it THIN with a wound and healing ointment. For the next few days it is best to wear loose clothing so as not to irritate your tattoo and for the first few weeks avoid intensive sport, sauna visits, solarium visits and direct sunlight. In summer, after healing, a sun blocker should always be used and bathing and sunbathing should generally be avoided for the first 4-6 weeks.

MY TATTOO ITUCKS, HOW DOES IT COME?

Since your fresh tattoo corresponds to a wound, the subsequent itching is to be regarded as part of the healing process, i.e. a natural reaction of the skin. Perhaps you've heard from your parents before: if it itches, it will heal. And that's true too, because that's a good sign. Your body works by means of messenger substances and releases histamine, so that the itching occurs. In no case should the fresh tattoo be scratched, you could damage your new work of art in the long term. Wounding ointments and healing ointments as well as light cooling promise a soothing effect.

YOU MAY OVERTATTOO MOMS.

As a matter of principle, birthmarks and moles should not be tattooed over. The reason for this is that these can no longer be properly assessed by the dermatologist if they become conspicuous. Furthermore, it is unclear what effects the sting itself and the introduction of the tattoo color have on the moles and moles.

Is it true that tattoo inks contain car paint?

The myth that car paint can be found in tattoo colors persists. However, to give the all-clear, this is clearly not the case. The fact that ingredients in tattoo inks can also be found in car paint and not the other way around is often twisted. A common ingredient is, for example, water. As is well known, this is really not very dangerous for us humans. Since 2009, the Tattoo Inks Ordinance has also uniformly regulated what must not get into the ink. Nevertheless, some substances are permitted that could lead to health problems, such as. in the cosmetics and hairdressing sector - but this has nothing to do with car paint.

HOW DO I SEE IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC RESPONSE TO THE TATTOO COLOR?

If the tattoo is still very fresh, it is not always possible to clearly determine whether it is an allergy or a normal reaction after the sting. After the sting, swelling can occur in the affected areas of the skin, and inflammatory skin reactions can also occur. If pustules, small blisters, reddening of the skin, itchy skin or eczema appear, this indicates typical allergy symptoms; this would also be conceivable through the plaster and requires special attention. In particular, if there is a clearly defined thickening of the skin in the area of a certain tattoo color, it can be assumed that it is an allergic reaction. However, this reaction can spread across the entire tattoo or even beyond. It is not always the substances contained in the ink that can trigger an allergic reaction. It can also happen that one reacts to the tattoo artist's latex gloves. If you are unsure whether you have an allergy or not, you should definitely let your tattoo artist check it out or see a dermatologist or allergist. By the way, an allergy does not always occur immediately after the sting, but symptoms of an allergic reaction due to a tattoo can still occur years later, as your body and hormone balance change too.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE TATTOO IF I LOSE OR WEIGHT?

How your tattoo changes depends on many factors, including how quickly you gain or lose weight. It is well known that you lose weight or gain weight most quickly in the abdominal and hip area as well as the upper and lower arms. Less on the hands, feet, neck or face. Due to the increase or decrease in weight, your tattoo can also change slightly in the sense of an expansion or reduction in its proportions. If this happens in small steps, the skin can stretch or recede without tearing. With healthy connective tissue, however, your tattoo will only change to a very limited extent. You can do this with a healthy and active lifestyle.

WHY DO HALED TATTOOS SOMETIMES SHIMMER BLUE OR GRAY?

The tattoo colors are sometimes falsified by the body's own melanin, the dye formed by the organism that makes you look brown when you soak up the sun. Therefore, the top priority is: Sun protection not only protects you against skin cancer but also keeps your tattoo colors fresh!
